This training course was absolutely valuable and provided my essential skills & knowledge for the safety of elderly loved one. This course also addressed the emotional & psychological needs of both the caregivers and the care recepient, which is often overlooked. The instructor also were incredibly patient and knowledgeable, providing clear explanation and made the learning process enjoyable. Thanks to this course, I feel much more confident and prepared to provide the best possible care for my elderly or for my mother and to keep them safe & comfortable.
